Steps to Prepare Your Site

Before our assembly crew arrives, your site must meet these basic requirements:

• Clear the Area: Remove debris, vegetation, and any obstructions.

• Level the Ground: Ensure the site is level. Use a string line or bubble level to confirm.

• Accessibility: The site must be accessible within 50 feet for our team and equipment, or additional labor fees may apply.

• Obtain Permits: Acquire any necessary local permits, as you are responsible for meeting all ordinance requirements.

• Check for Obstacles: Ensure there are no hills, trees, fences, structures, or overhead power lines that could impede installation.

Foundation Options

1. Concrete Slabs: If you choose to pour a concrete slab, ensure it matches the exact dimensions of your building.

2. Crushed Concrete or Caliche Pads: Build the pad 8 inches above grade to prevent water runoff. Estimated costs are $3.00 per square foot for level sites.

3. Dirt Pads: These require at least 5 feet of clearance on all sides and typically start at $2.00 per square foot. Proper erosion control, such as grass or mats, is the homeowner’s responsibility.
